Chancellors at Christie's Bistro: Directions
We are located on the main student corridor close to the centre of Manchester.
From Oxford Road, take Burlington Street and the first right into the old Quadrangle. The entrance to the Christie Building is the first door on your right. Take the flight of stairs to the first floor, and to the entrance of Chancellors at Christie’s Bistro. Alternatively, through the double doors on the ground floor is a lift which will take you to the first floor, and directly into the Bistro.
Public Transport
By Bus from the City
Take a bus numbered 41, 42, 43, 142 or 143 from Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station to the University of Manchester. Once past the Aquatics Centre, get off at the next stop and procede to walk down Oxford Road away from the city centre. Walk towards the traditional buildings on the right-hand-side and walk under the second archway after the Manchester Museum. Christie's Bistro is located on the first floor of the Christies Building.
By Train
Long distance trains arrive at Manchester Piccadilly Station. Either take a taxi (approx. 5 to 10 minutes) or take a five-minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station. Short distance rail service depart from Manchester Oxford Road Station and Manchester Victoria Station.
