
A provisional booking is normally held for 14 days unless alternative arrangements have been made. A provisional booking puts neither party under obligation to confirm the function. The booking will be released unless we hear from you within 14 days of provisional booking.
Minimum Deposit of £500 is required to confirm the booking which is non refundable and non transferable. Final details will be done 6 weeks before the wedding and final payment is due 21 days prior to the wedding.
In the In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel part or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to yo to your event, the venue will make every effort to resell the space on your behalf. However we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee against the total contracted business according to notice received:

At the time of confirming your booking with a deposit, the venue will be notified of approximate numbers of guests expected to attend all functions. Final numbers of guests should be confirmed with final details 6 weeks prior to the event. Wedding receptions must consist of both a day and evening function consisting of minimum numbers according to each venue will apply.
Damage to the property of the venue will be charged to the organiser of the function when the damage occurs. Charges will be made to replace any damaged article and any labour costs to repair the property
The venue is entitled to amend the contract without obligation or not to pay compensation of any kind by reason of Strike, Fire, or flood Restrictions of deliveries or other special circumstances beyond the control of the hotel.

Please note that Fireworks of any description are banned within the grounds of each venue unless done by a pyrotechnic company with relevant insurances.
As party organisers you will be solely responsible and liable for any damage to property / personal injury, also any fines Ifines imposed upon us by the local authority if such a breach did occur under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (1990 (noise abatement order) maximum fine £20,000. The client is advisable to consider arranging insurance for the function covering public liability and loss or damage to its property and that of persons attending the function.
